Nature’s Work recognises the importance of the Welsh language and its place in the cultural and natural heritage of Wales.
We are committed to treating Welsh and English fairly and to supporting the use of the Welsh language in our business wherever reasonably practicable.
As a small independent business, our ability to provide services through the medium of Welsh depends on the availability and language skills of our staff, instructors, guides and other service providers. We will nevertheless seek to make continual progress in the use and availability of Welsh.
This policy sets out our current commitments and our approach to providing services in Welsh.
Overall responsibility for this policy rests with Nature’s Work.
